One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist in France. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join the team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction, success, and long-term retention. You will collaborate across teams to deliver training, resolve issues, and provide guidance on tools and processes. Your ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and problem-solve will be essential in supporting business growth and improving partner experiences.Accountabilities:
- Respond to partner inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and management to address partner needs and escalate complex cases.
- Deliver training sessions on platforms and tools, ensuring strong partner adoption.
- Maintain a solution-oriented and professional approach in all partner interactions.
- Provide administrative support related to onboarding, billing, and system navigation.
- Keep partners informed about new products, promotions, and system updates.
- Share feedback and insights from partners to improve internal processes and offerings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer support roles.
- Native-level French and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and customer-first approach.
- Experience delivering presentations or product overviews is a plus.
