As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll work closely with sales, service, and leadership teams to analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to revenue leaders, identifying growth and optimization opportunities
- Execute cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and provide project management support
- Develop standardized reporting across sales and service functions to inform key decisions
- Analyze team performance and partner with Enablement to drive improvements
- Lead change management efforts across departments including product, marketing, and finance
- Support the implementation of annual revenue plans, territory strategy, and organizational structure
- Own weekly business reviews, forecast analysis, and executive reporting cadence
- Drive annual planning and long-term revenue operations initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or CX Operations, with data analytics expertise
- Proven ability to build models and analyze complex datasets to drive business outcomes
- Experience managing cross-functional projects that impact go-to-market teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of using data to influence revenue decisions and optimize team performance
- High attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with productivity reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting best practices
