This is an opportunity to shape a compelling corporate narrative, build a category-defining brand, and architect a scalable demand generation engine.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, accelerate growth, and establish a dominant market position. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on demand generation, brand, and communications
- Drive qualified pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and measurable marketing programs
- Manage corporate messaging, public relations, and executive communications to position the company as a market leader
- Lead event and activation strategies in partnership with sales and revenue teams to accelerate lead conversion and drive ARR
- Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI across programs
- Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers in collaboration with product marketing
Requirements
- 14+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role at startups or high-tech companies
- Proven success in building and scaling marketing teams and infrastructure in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI sectors
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to launch high-impact GTM campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and exceed KPIs
- Experience developing brand strategies, corporate narratives, and executive communications
- Familiarity with SEO tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
