We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to join a high-impact Marketing Operations & Strategy team. This role will be central to shaping marketing performance strategies by transforming complex data into actionable insights and collaborating across departments to drive university partner growth.

You will work on cross-functional initiatives, providing thought leadership in areas such as marketing, product, and enrollment. In addition to owning critical performance analyses, this is a people-leadership role, managing a team of analysts and mentoring them to execute strategic projects. Accountabilities:

• Leverage detailed data analysis to assess partner performance and create strategies that promote growth
• Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals
• Identify performance gaps, build strategic frameworks, and recommend actionable initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness and business impact
• Create clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings across internal stakeholders
• Act as a thought partner to internal teams and stakeholders, offering strategic insights
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, providing mentorship and technical expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; quantitative discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy/operations
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization and statistical tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into insights and influence business decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with executive-level audiences
• Experience managing teams or mentoring others is strongly preferred
• Master’s degree or equivalent in business analytics, data science, or related field is a plus
