This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, tech-savvy professional to take ownership of marketing operations within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. As Marketing Ops Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing lead flow, enhancing reporting and attribution, and managing the marketing tech stack.

You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and data teams to streamline processes and ensure the efficient execution of growth campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys using both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full marketing tech stack, including Hubspot and other tools like Chilipiper and Typeform
  • Lead end-to-end optimization of lead assignment, campaign performance tracking, and attribution
  • Maintain clean, accurate marketing data and build robust dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Collaborate closely with inbound sales to refine processes and improve lead quality
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and projects
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable SOPs and automation
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Hubspot (certification preferred); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, UTM tracking, lead scoring, and campaign analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with building and managing marketing workflows, forms, and landing pages
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • A self-starter with strong business acumen and a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems
