This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative, digital-first environment. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for promotional campaigns that engage expecting and new parents across digital platforms.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, editorial, and analytics teams to drive key performance goals such as user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting consumers with meaningful, personalized experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and recurring marketing plans to support user growth and product engagement
  • Manage and optimize content calendars across email, push, in-app messaging, and social channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals
  • Write and edit strategic marketing copy tailored to diverse parenting audiences
  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and other internal platforms
  • Execute A/B tests to refine messaging and improve user engagement
  • Report regularly on key performance indicators and recommend data-driven optimizations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management
  • Proven track record of hitting CTR and revenue targets through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in direct response marketing
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using metrics to inform strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and ability to work across remote teams
