You’ll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and enabling sales across multiple European markets. Your work will include everything from campaign execution and performance analysis to organizing online and offline events. This role requires a proactive, data-driven marketer who is passionate about performance and understands the power of creative storytelling and experimentation to fuel business success. Accountabilities:
- Drive international lead generation and contribute to revenue growth by delivering high-quality MQLs.
- Plan and execute webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events that engage prospects and support sales goals.
- Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to different markets and customer segments.
- Optimize and experiment with acquisition channels, including paid, organic, and content marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on goals.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine campaigns and increase efficiency.
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup/scale-up environments.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in content creation and copywriting for multiple formats and channels.
- Experience in project and budget management, with a creative and hands-on approach.
- Native-level English required; German is a plus.
