Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a Manager II, Product Marketing Enablement in the United States.We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Enablement Manager to join a dynamic team focused on empowering go-to-market (GTM) success. In this role, you'll partner closely with enablement, sales, and product marketing teams to equip customer-facing teams with the insights, content, and tools they need to articulate value, close deals, and drive adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of enablement strategies that directly impact company growth and market positioning.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with GTM teams to align enablement strategies with product and marketing initiatives
- Lead training for enablement teams on new products, features, and messaging
- Develop impactful sales collateral, customer stories, and multi-product content
- Organize and deliver enablement sessions for sales, support, and customer success teams
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence to strengthen positioning in the field
- Monitor and optimize enablement effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a strong GTM enablement focus
- Proven ability to translate complex products into compelling, easy-to-understand materials
- Demonstrated success in developing enablement programs that drive measurable results
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with sales stakeholders
- Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, or Apollo.io
- A proactive mindset with adaptability in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Experience with PLG or competitive intelligence strategies is a plus
