Who You Are
We’re looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life through events, tradeshows, and webinars. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career (2–4 years of experience) who’s excited to get hands-on with in-person and virtual event opportunities.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute impactful programs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and current customers. If you’re comfortable speaking on camera or in front of an audience, even better!
What You'll Do
- Event Execution: Own the planning and logistics for industry tradeshows, regional events, and partner events, including booth setup, swag coordination, travel planning, and post-event follow-up.
- Webinar Execution: Manage logistics for webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, slide prep, registration, promotion, and follow-up emails.
- Speaker Support: Coordinate internal and external speakers for webinars and events.
- Lead Management: Ensure leads from events and webinars are captured, uploaded, and followed up on in collaboration with the sales team.
- Promotion & Reporting: Work with the broader marketing team to promote events across email, social, and paid channels. Help track performance and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or related B2B marketing roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external vendors
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Experience with event tools like Zoom Webinars
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools
- Basic design or slide creation skills using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Willingness to travel for events (a few times a quarter)
- Bonus: You’re confident speaking at webinars or live events (or eager to learn!)
