Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Revenue Marketing - EMEA in Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, or Nordics.We are looking for a strategic and results-driven marketing leader to oversee revenue marketing across the EMEA region. In this high-impact role, you will drive integrated marketing strategies that fuel pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and deepen market engagement. You will act as the critical link between global marketing and regional sales, ensuring global campaigns are tailored to local audiences and executed with precision. With a focus on Central Europe, you’ll lead a small team, manage regional programs, and influence revenue outcomes through ABM, digital, and field initiatives. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Global Revenue Marketing.Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the EMEA revenue marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives
- Execute integrated campaigns in a designated sub-region, with emphasis on Central Europe
- Manage a regional marketing team and external agencies, driving operational excellence
- Run multi-channel programs including ABM, field events, trade shows, webinars, and PR
- Localize content and messaging with support from global marketing teams
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure strong marketing-sales alignment and pipeline influence
- Provide strategic insights through campaign performance analysis and market coverage metrics
- Support partner marketing and build relationships with professional associations in region
- Share best practices across global marketing teams to drive consistency and innovation
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing roles within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments
- 5+ years leading ABM programs and using tools like 6Sense
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing regional strategy
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through marketing
- Strong experience across digital marketing, events, and partner marketing
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strategic and hands-on approach
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or German highly preferred
- Comfortable working across time zones and traveling up to 20%
- Experience with budget ownership and program ROI tracking
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
