We're looking for a Principal Recruiter to support high-priority hiring for Finance. Our world class recruiting team builds the foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with senior leadership and contributing to the evolution of our hiring strategy.What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):- Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and niche roles across the Finance team
- Partner with Finance leadership to deeply understand team goals, role requirements, and the broader ecosystem context.
- Build and manage a full-funnel recruiting process that balances velocity, quality, and candidate experience.
- Identify and engage with top talent for Finance globally.
- Influence and advise hiring teams with data-driven insights and talent market context.
- Contribute to broader talent strategy efforts, including pipeline diversity, interview loop calibration, and operational excellence
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in a principal / lead-level or leadership capacity
- Previous experience supporting business operations, finance, corporate or business recruiting.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract top candidates.
- Experience building out recruiting processes in global markets.
- Deep experience partnering with finance teams at fast-paced tech companies or startups.
- Proven ability to source and close exceptional talent, especially for highly competitive or unstructured roles.
- A strategic mindset and a builder mentality - you seek out leverage, iterate quickly, and care about impact over process - 0 ->1 excites you!
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills up and down the organization.
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$166,345—$195,700 USD
