In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and perform system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Your focus will be on professional, clear communication, detailed problem-solving, and continuous learning. You'll collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships, all while adapting to new technologies and procedures in a dynamic environment.
Accountabilities:
- Resolve customer-reported technical issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct system updates and software maintenance as required.
- Educate users through comprehensive responses and explanations.
- Participate in paid on-call shifts to cover after-hours technical needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by quickly grasping new concepts and tools.
- Promote ongoing improvement in team operations and personal development.
- Build rapport with internal team members and external clients through clear, professional communication.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support or technical service roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Technical background with either a degree in a related field or extensive hands-on experience.
- Comfort working in command line interfaces or experience with programming environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, including after-hours coverage when needed.
- Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
