You will join a cross-functional team focused on creating tools for care providers and patients, integrating multiple data sources to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive digital health solutions. This is a full-stack engineering role that will involve leading architectural decisions, mentoring peers, and delivering high-impact features across a cloud-based ecosystem. - Design, develop, and maintain population health tools and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate third-party platforms and APIs (including FHIR) to support patient and care provider needs.
- Write, review, and optimize full-stack code using modern frameworks like TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GraphQL.
- Lead by example in promoting engineering excellence, clean code practices, and security compliance.
- Partner with clinical, product, and design teams to deliver features that improve patient outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment efforts to build a diverse, high-performing engineering team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in modern full-stack technologies such as Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Strong background in integrating third-party APIs and managing cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Experience working in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and data privacy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical and clinical teams.
- A deep interest in healthcare innovation and a passion for mission-driven work.
- Comfortable drafting and reviewing technical design documents and influencing system architecture.
