You will be responsible for designing and building robust, scalable, and high-performance data platforms that enable actionable insights and decision-making across the company. The role requires deep technical expertise in data engineering, with a focus on building systems that streamline data access and improve data quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data is reliable, accessible, and actionable.Accountabilities:
- Design and build scalable, high-performance data platforms that support the company's data-driven decision-making
- Own and lead large-scale data engineering projects, driving significant impact across the organization
- Work closely with engineering, data scientists, and business teams to understand data needs and implement solutions that meet those needs
- Ensure data infrastructure is robust, secure, and easy to maintain, while providing users with the ability to access and analyze data efficiently
- Drive improvements in data quality, accessibility, and usability to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Continuously optimize data pipelines, ensuring data is processed efficiently and reliably
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering
- Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining data platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure management
- Experience working across the data stack, from data pipelines to visualization tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive data engineering projects to successful completion, with a focus on delivering impact
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently
