One of our companies is currently looking for a Manual QA Engineer in Poland. We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join a fast-growing R&D department focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from planning and documentation to hands-on testing and quality assurance across multiple software projects. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, team leads, and developers to identify flaws, improve workflows, and ensure seamless delivery of desktop software. This is an opportunity to work with a technically ambitious and resource-rich team in a high-impact environment.    

Accountabilities:

• Participate in planning and QA processes for software feature development
• Conduct thorough manual testing of desktop applications to ensure product stability and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and support
• Identify testing gaps, improve QA workflows, and propose process enhancements
• Manage test documentation, report defects, and assist in issue resolution
• Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts where applicable

   

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manual QA, with at least 1 year leading QA processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
• Understanding of OOP principles and basic scripting in C# or Java
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with testing desktop applications and/or CAD tools is highly advantageous
• Bonus: knowledge of virtualization tools, traffic sniffers (Fiddler, HTTP Debugger), or performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
