We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join a high-impact team working on building and enhancing custom Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing applications to coding, testing, and deployment.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party systems. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and problem-solving who enjoys working in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and ensure peak system performance
• Build and manage integrations with third-party systems via APIs and web services
• Create and update technical documentation including design documents and user guides
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement solutions aligned with company goals
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to existing configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Proficient in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and standard/custom object relationships
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder), and experience with HTML, JavaScript, or DevOps practices
