Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for an AdTech Developer in Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining seamless API integrations with major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to enable users to manage and optimize their advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with the backend team to enhance the platform's functionality and improve the user experience. The role offers the opportunity to expand integrations to additional platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and others. This position requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work independently to drive product development.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain API integrations with advertising platforms, ensuring seamless data retrieval and campaign management
• Enhance the functionality of the Suite platform, focusing on improving campaign performance and user experience
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of its users
• Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from design to deployment and testing
• Monitor and optimize the performance of existing integrations to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Stay updated on new advertising technologies and platforms to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using PHP (8.3+) or Node.js
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and experience with MySQL or MariaDB
• Hands-on experience with advertising APIs (e.g., Google Ads API, Facebook Ads API)
• Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end development (backend, frontend, testing)
• Strong communication skills in both Polish (at least B2) and English (at least B2)
