One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in Poland. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to elevate the user experience across a sophisticated data intelligence platform. In this role, you’ll simplify complex workflows, lead end-to-end design processes, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, leveraging your deep understanding of user behavior and design strategy to shape intuitive and scalable product experiences. Curiosity, adaptability, and an analytical mindset are key to success in this role.Accountabilities:
- Lead the design of workflows related to data setup, integration, and maintenance
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant design solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, and maintain design quality across sprints
- Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and incorporate input constructively
- Document and communicate design processes, decisions, and rationale
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product design, particularly in complex enterprise or workflow-oriented platforms
- Proficiency in user research, both exploratory and evaluative
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Strong command of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and make user flows intuitive
- Skilled at balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, and user needs
- Excellent communication skills in articulating and defending design decisions
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and critical thinking
