Description:

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Designer with a strong foundation in visual communication and a talent for transforming ideas into compelling narratives.

This role goes beyond designing slides—it's about crafting presentations that inform, persuade, and inspire. From strategic planning sessions to executive briefings to conferences, your work will help shape how key messages are delivered and received.
  • Create beautiful, impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Google Slides.
  • Shape ideas into visual narratives that resonate—whether the room holds 5 or 500 people.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from rough concepts to polished delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at every level, including executive leadership.

Functions:

As a Communications & Presentation Designer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Project Management: Manage design process for presentations—from initial brief through final delivery—ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and brand standards.
  • Storytelling: Craft slide decks that blend visual storytelling with data visualization to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Design System: Ensure all presentation materials consistently reflect the company’s visual identity, tone, and design guidelines, as well as iterate and evolve the design system.
  • Animation: Bring presentations to life through animation or interactive elements.
  • Technical Illustration: Conduct research and develop visuals that make abstract or technical content accessible and audience-friendly.
  • Brand Management: Develop a library of branded presentation templates across various platforms to streamline design across teams.
  • Events: Create standout visual content for major initiatives—product launches, executive briefings, and company-wide events.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with speakers and presenters to adapt visuals to their individual style, audience, and strategic intent.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years in visual communication or other design-related fields.
    • Expert in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma.
    • Hands-on experience incorporating multimedia—such as video, audio, and animations—into visual content.
    • Demonstrated success designing visuals for B2B SaaS products, services, or related industries.
    • Strong research capabilities with a knack for transforming complex topics into digestible visual stories.
    • Skilled at tailoring presentations to match diverse speaker preferences, tones, and audience needs.
    • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership, including C-level executives, on high-visibility projects.
    • A robust portfolio that highlights a range of presentation styles, formats, and strategic use cases.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple design projects from ideation through execution.
    • Consistent track record of maintaining brand cohesion across all presentation materials.
    • Experience building, organizing, and maintaining branded templates for use across teams.
