Success in this position will be measured by your ability to implement innovative organizational structures and processes, drive high-impact initiatives, and achieve enhanced employee engagement metrics. Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to successfully manage key projects that demonstrate improved organizational agility and effectiveness.A Typical Day:- Collaborate with senior executives and leadership teams to develop and refine organizational strategies.
- Design and implement adaptive organizational structures that promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead service design initiatives that enhance the employee experience in alignment with Airbnb’s values.
- Utilize data analysis to derive insights that inform executive decision-making and shape priorities.
- Create compelling presentations and visual narratives to communicate complex strategies clearly.
- Manage high-visibility projects from initiation to completion, ensuring stakeholder alignment and strategic goals are met.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in organizational design, service design, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with a history of engaging senior executives effectively.
- Proficiency in visual storytelling tools such as Google Slides, Figma, Keynote, and Miro.
- A deep understanding of organizational dynamics, with a passion for enhancing employee experiences and organizational health.
- Work authorization may be required, and occasional travel may be necessary for cross-functional collaborations.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range
$154,000—$192,000 USD
